Set the browser profile sessions load when they ask for the default.

Behavior
The default applies to the profile’sbrowser_name. Sessions whose Cloud browser sets use_default_browser_profile: true load it.
You have at most one default per browser, so setting a new default replaces the previous one for the same browser_name.
